PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING DISCLOSURE

As Radon Web, we attach importance to the protection and security of your personal data. For this reason, as Data Controller we wish to inform you clearly about how your personal data are collected, the purposes of processing, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights, in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation, which aim to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the right to privacy, and to protect personal data.

Personal Data: Under the KVKK, “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”).

1. Methods of Collection and Purposes of Processing of Personal Data

Where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,

and are collected from the information and documents you provide, as well as from sources such as your visits to our website and the information you share in telephone or e-mail correspondence with our company. If you enter into a commercial or legal relationship with Radon Web, these data will be processed for the performance of the contract between the parties and the fulfilment of legal obligations, including in particular identity data (name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth) and contact data (e-mail address, address and telephone number).

2. To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred

Radon Web may transfer your personal data within Turkey to business partners (real or legal persons) with whom we cooperate and/or from whom we receive services in the field of security, to persons from whom we receive support in legal and other areas, and to other third parties and authorised institutions and bodies that are entitled to request such data, where legally permitted and for specified purposes.

3. Rights of the Data Subject Under KVKK Article 11

As the data subject, you may at any time request from us, as data controller, the rights set out below in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK.

Your rights in this regard are:

To learn whether your personal data are being processed,

If your personal data have been processed, to request information thereon,

To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for that purpose,

To know the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred in Turkey or abroad,

To request the rectification of personal data that are incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request that the rectification be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,

Where, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, the grounds requiring processing have ceased to exist, to request that such data be erased, destroyed or anonymised within 30 (thirty) days in accordance with the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data, and that the rectification be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,

To object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,

To request compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
